About the design
Band collar shirtdress with two side slits. A yoke on the shoulders defines a comfortable fit. The design point is a rich fringed tone-on-tone trimming which embellishes the shirt along the shoulders, top front and cuffs. Specifically, the knit fringes are original and made of a special material, cut into tapes and knitted. Meagratia uses typewriter fabric (Japanese poplin cotton) that is slightly thin, supple and has a firm texture.

The inspiration comes from the Italian army motorcycle vintage pants. These wide-leg trousers feature many details: a waist belt with a slanted front button fastening. Meagratia inspiration: our SS23 selection

A belted wide-leg khaki pants reveal a slanted front button fastening. Also, it features a button along the ankle, which allows wearing the trousers in two different ways, changing the silhouette. Then, a splendid knit vest combining three colours – white, green and light blue – with a tassel trimming along the hemline. And a white cotton maxi shirt, or shirt dress, decorated with tassels along the back and wrist. Plus a beige net poncho to enrich your outfits.

One last note: who said genderless fashion is dead? Indeed, we happened to read this comment during the Milano Fashion Week 23. This statement had a raise-eyebrows effect on us. Sadly, it is not uncommon to see people who work in the fashion field, who even write about fashion, having a limited vision of style. C’mon! It is not Alessandro Michele who invented genderless!

Saying genderless fashion is dead means having no idea of what genderless is. Genderless means freedom! Specifically, it’s the freedom to pick the clothes you like from whichever category they belong to.

We are particularly fond of Japanese designers because we appreciate their obsessive attention to detail. Above all, their particular take on fashion depicts an innovative but never aggressive image. There’s a sense of sophisticated coolness in their culture and vision of style. Yes, we know Japanese fashion has passionate fans in the Western world. So we’re happy to share information with you.

After graduating from Tama Art University Textile Design Department, Akira Aoki has collaborated with various brands. In 2009 he opened his design office, Four Graphic, where he works for global brands and as an artist. In 2018, he started the Good Neighbors Shirt brand being a designer who loves shirts throughout the year.

An I-line silhouette jersey dress with a creased effect. The exposed zipper along the centre back adds an edgy accent. Sleeveless, crew neckline, two side slip pockets and rear slit. Also, it comes with a detachable cord belt.
You can pass the cord belt from the centre back through the side pocket holes, cross once at the front and once at the back, and tie a front bow for a well-balanced tie.

About the material
Polyester jersey with washer pleats. The fabric has good elasticity and average thickness. This item is pleated by heat and pressure. Indeed, when buying a pleated garment, polyester is the best choice because the pleating never drops out.

About the colour
Available in green, a dark tone that is easy to match with everything.

Wash by hand – easy care.
This product can be hand washed at home in cold water. Do not iron! This item is pleated by heat and pressure. By repeating wearing and washing, the pleating could gradually disappear. So when wearing or storing, do not apply pressure for too long.

A knit wool blend made of different types of delicate knitted fabrics – 60% acrylic and 40% wool. The rich texture reveals an elaborated pattern design.

About the colour
A combination of three colours: grey, green and white. The result is a soft mix that creates a refined Fall/ Winter hue.

Laundry
Dry clean.
If you need to iron it, use a cool iron with a press cloth between the iron and the fabric.

Style tips
With The Textured Knit Vest, you have many styling options. Just wear it over a basic tank top when the weather allows it.
